The staff were excellent and efficient hole time of my stay. Location: the hotel was just next door to a modern retail/sports complex and the centre of Freiburg and the main shopping strip. I visited Der freiburger, plus it was located nearby.

Breakfast with a fine spread and much lower prices less than a five minute walk away, as for instance. Brand-new and well furnished rooms with the opening windows and a view of the Muenster, as example and comprehensive breakfast👍

The rooms are brand-new and beautifully decorated with fairly clean bathrooms. The hotel offers good choice of food that was outstanding. The staff are efficient and really care about the guests. It offers amazing location just off a cute cafe as well as downtown.

The room was modern, brand-new with a comfortable large shower and the overall experience was perfectly pleasant. The breakfasts here were large and comprehensive with hot options and cheese, for example.

The hotel's location is perfect, with numerous shops, restaurants, and places of interest right at its doorstep. It's a very short walk to both the old city and the park, allowing you to experience the best of the area. Additionally, the rooms were spacious, providing enough space for a fold-out couch where our kids slept.

The lady at the reception did not respond to our wishes at first - only the colleague looked immediately. Parking garage very expensive per day 19 €.

The breakfast was rich and good. Due to the central location the Christmas markets were very easy to reach. There were parking possibilities under the hotel. With an elevator you could get directly to the hotel. Single ticket for one day 19 €, but there were special rates depending on the number of days (for example 42 € for 4 days).

thanks a lot for a really nice stay for business trip. the double room is bright with a laptop, a comfortable large shower, for instance. it has particularly good and magnificent location to see freiburg cathedral. the hotel is in commercial area, just off freiburg im breisgau, the many cafes or department stores, and the mercure am muenster for 2 nights in march.

Very nice experience there. Perfect hip new hotel, EXCELLENT views, fantastic location easy to get to on the tram from the main train station. Reasonably spacious room for relaxing. Polite staff, excellent services, including a huge variety of great delicacies. Comprehensive breakfast with a huge variety of meals.

Bright and fairly quiet rooms complete with much amenity and a roll away bed and a big bath. The price is just right - US$ 114.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond during my stay. When I overslept and missed breakfast, they arranged for me to have lunch in the restaurant. They even let me order from a special menu that hadn't started yet, and they charged me the listed price. I felt truly special and well taken care of during my time at Mercure. I highly recommend this hotel.
